How fast will I get my eSIM?
Provisioning is usually instant. The QR code and tap-to-install link are emailed to you within seconds of checkout, and you can also install directly from your SimKit account.
Can I add more data later?
Yes — most plans support top-ups directly from your SimKit account in the iOS app or on the web, so you can extend without installing a new eSIM.
Does this plan include calls or SMS?
No. SimKit plans are data-only. You can still use WhatsApp, FaceTime, iMessage, Google Meet and other VoIP apps over the data connection.
Which devices are supported?
Compatible with iPhone XR/XS and later (iOS 14+) and most Android phones running Android 10 or newer with an eSIM-capable model. If you can install one eSIM you can install ours.
What if it doesn't work?
If an eSIM fails to provision we issue a full refund automatically. For anything else, reply to the order email and we'll sort it out.
