Have these ready and we’ll be twice as fast:
- Your order number (from the confirmation email — starts with
#SK-). - A screenshot of what you’re seeing on the phone.
- Which destination country you’re in or going to.
Hours and response times
Support is staffed across multiple timezones with real humans (no chatbot loops). Median first reply is under 10 minutes; the long tail is under an hour. Outside of those windows there’s a queue and we’ll get to you when we wake up — usually within four hours.
